Meet The Board

Lexi Tobin – Director and President

Founder of Glass Youth Collective, Lexi Tobin is a creative force, community builder, and mother of two (13 & 6), who is passionate about giving teens a space to be fully themselves. As a co-owner of Glass Smut, she’s built a brand rooted in self-expression, sustainability, and hands-on creativity—values she brings directly into GYC.
Before launching her current ventures, Lexi spent 16 years as a full-time photographer, honing her eye for storytelling, design, and capturing authentic moments. Outside of her work, she’s married, a proud pet mom to five cats and two guinea pigs, and finds joy in traveling, reading, and cooking up new recipes.
Lexi believes creativity is power, and through mentorship, upcycling, and real-world skill building, she’s dedicated to helping young people turn their ideas into something tangible, bold, and entirely their own.

Victoria Glasel – Vice President

Victoria joins Glass Youth Collective as the Vice President, Mom to 2 fantastic boys with her partner of 14 years. She is the Director of Operations for GlassSmut the business she co-owns with Lexi. Victoria is deeply invested in community and keeps the GlassSmut calendar full of events that support other women-owned small businesses and community facillitating activities.

Outside of her time at GlassSmut or GYC you can find her deep diving into her newest interest, playing with her two dogs, thrifting with her family or simply reading a book.

Linda Lochrie-Boyle – Secretary

Linda is a mom of three super cool kids, married to an amazing husband, and in her free time you can usually find her traveling, reading, or spending time with family and friends.

She works in HR, and outside of that she has spent years teaching and working with at-risk youth organizations — that’s what brought her to Glass Youth Collective. She’s joining as Secretary and looking forward to getting to work with this fantastic group!

Alexandra Kennedy – Chairman of Board

Alex fell in love with non-profit work at an early age, and that propelled her towards the charities she has worked with through the years, including Project Linus, creating blankets for children who are battling illnesses, The Cancer Wellness Center of Northbrook, IL, aiding with fundraising events, The Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation annual Walk to Cure Diabetes, and other cumulative community outreach work. Additionally, she has spent five years doing hospitality work, six years of administrative work, and seven years of caregiving.

After moving to the Seattle area from the Midwest, she formulated her business Mouse’s Mystical Moon, offering a plethora of handmade and other goods, and teaching creative workshops. Alex believes in uplifting our community and making sure that everyone has the space and safety to freely express themselves. Finding opportunities for growth and feeling supported is extremely important and is undervalued in today’s society. One of her missions is to help show the world how kindness, compassion, and understanding can make a key difference in the lives of the youth at GYC.

Kenzie Terry – Teen Ambassador

Kenzie, Teen Ambassador for Glass Youth Collective has seen firsthand just how magical community spaces can be when it comes to uplifting and transforming lives. She started designing clothes for GlassSmut at just 15 and channeling her creativity into something meaningful. When she’s not spending time in the community Kenz loves painting and crafting as well as being curled in bed watching a good show!

Kenzie brings a bright, joyful energy wherever she goes. Her dream? To open an art studio & gallery where people can shine, share their creativity, and feel truly connected. Finding this community opened so many doors for her and filled her world with new dreams and possibilities. Now, she’s passionate about making sure others get to experience that same spark of opportunity and belonging. She cant wait to use her voice and her role to inspire, support, and brighten the lives of others around her!
